This page explains what data QUE ÇA Studio collects through this site, why, and how to have it changed or deleted. We try to keep it as clear as possible — feel free to write directly if anything isn't clear.

Data collected

Depending on what you use on the site:

• Contact form: first name, last name, email and/or phone number, message.
• Booking a workshop: name, email and/or phone number, number of spots, information related to the bank transfer payment (reference, amount) — never your actual bank details, which never pass through the site.
• Waitlist: the same information, with your explicit consent to be contacted again if a spot opens up or for a similar workshop.

Why we collect this data

Only to respond to your request, manage your booking (spot, payment, reminders), and, if you agreed to it, notify you of future availability. This data is never sold, never used for advertising purposes, and never shared with third parties beyond those listed below.

Who hosts this data

The site relies on technical providers who process this data on behalf of QUE ÇA Studio, strictly within the scope of their role:

• Supabase Inc. — database hosting (messages, bookings).
• Vercel Inc. — site hosting.
• Resend — automatic email delivery (confirmations, reminders).

These providers are based in the United States; data transfers outside the European Union are governed by their respective standard contractual clauses.

Data retention period

[TO BE COMPLETED / to be confirmed] — For guidance: contact messages kept for 3 years from the last exchange; booking data kept for as long as needed to manage the workshop, and, for payment related data, for the period required by legal accounting obligations.

Cookies

This site does not use audience measurement cookies or advertising trackers.

Your rights

In accordance with the GDPR, you can at any time request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to its processing, or withdraw your consent (waitlist). Just write to baquet.mathilde@gmail.com. You can also file a complaint with the CNIL (cnil.fr) if you believe your rights are not being respected.
